Big thank you to everyone who downloaded “What Money Can’t Buy” yesterday. It was wonderful to see so many people being generous by donating way more than the suggested amount, you guys really are helping a great cause.
Also, we’re extremely happy to hear that you guys like the new tunes, we produced these tracks ourselves, (with additional production by Cory Spotts) and it gives us the confidence to do more of that in the future.
It’s been a great year for us and we’re looking forward to 2012 (possibly the last year on Earth AHHHH!!!!). If you live in the states, be sure to come out to our upcoming co-headlining tour with The Cab this coming January/February. This will be our last US tour for a while before we take time off to write and record new material. Tickets are available at www.cabsummerset2012.com. More dates will be announced soon.
Stay weird Earthlings.
Tomorrow we start the long drive all the way to Delaware.
Delaware was the first state admitted to the Union.
Someone once told me there is a town called “Bumble Fuck” there.
I’m not sure I believe them…
Japan was a blast.
I learned something about Japanese food there…
the second bite always tastes better than the first.
Today I realized I’m turning 23 in less than a month.
It’s strange, I don’t feel 23.
Then again, what’s age but a number?
What is time but something we’re all slaves to?
What would happen if we turned off all the clocks?
Took down all the calendars?
It’s thoughts like these that keep me awake sometimes.
Don’t stay up too late tonight.
Peace, love, and muppets, Earthlings.
